Tim usually likes to keep three basic tools on his person when installing. They are a sharp utility knife, flathead screwdriver, and a stiff 3" scraper. Another very useful and versatile tool is a multi-tool. These tools can be used for many applications such as undercutting door jambs or cutting out wood that runs under cabinets.
